Can anyone tell me about Purinton pottery Intaglia done in carmel (caramel) color.
I read somewhere that this was an experimental line and I have quite a few pieces.
And does anyone know any prices?
I live about 20 miles from Knox where this was made.
I can’t find any info anywhere.
Thanks!
I have a book by Susan Morris. It’s old, 1994.
On page 238, under chapter 12, Unusual and Unique Items, on the bottom of the page, shows Carmel Intaglio-style. It says probably an experimental line.
It is not brown. It is caramel colored and the pattern is different than that of the other Intaglio lines and colors.
Any idea???
