Hi andrew, You can do lot’s of research yourself by looking up History of Capodimonte. There is a lot of fakes and any figurerines like this are called capodimontes including those by Lefton and Japanese figures. By looking at your figure and seeing part of your tag and the detail I would say you have the real capodimonte made in Italy. Look at the detail and it should be signed by the artist. Does it have a crown above a N. Make sure you do not lose your tag. Keep everything intact and like new. On one particular website it has small or one person figurines listed at $250.00. Larger ones can sell for $2000.00. But only you can authenicate it. They are still making items and over 80 factories are using this same mark. I think these prices are high but then what do I know what people will pay. Thank you.
