We have what we believe to be a rare collectible coffee/tea set made in Turkey by Nieman Marcus. We were told it has 24kt gold on it. There are markings on it bottom of each piece that state:

Would love to find more information about this gorgeous set and the value of it. We have (1) Coffee/Tea Pot with lid, 6 tea cups (gold plated interior), 6 saucers (gold rimmed), 1 creamer (small chip, but we have the piece), 1 sugar bowl with lid.
I’ve done some research online and have only found 1 like it that was sold on etsy. It’s been sitting in a cabinet for years.

Neiman Marcus had items made all over the world !! A few can be considered rare but usually not coffee sets !! The problem with a set like yours is ,,how many would have one !! Certainly not most people !! High end items are generally not as easily found as those used by people in the middle income bracket !! The one on Etsy was listed at $209.00 !! Now if it sold at that price then thats about its current market value !! An item is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it !! No matter what it is !! The gold does not make it worth any more !! Just makes it look better/more expensive !! Not enough gold to make a difference !!
Its a very pretty set but $200 would be an excellent price for it in todays economy !!
