After 4 years we are still going through mom’s things a little at a time. This vase is the latest that my brother found. Does anybody know anything about the artist that made this vase. Looks to be either 1906 or 07. Hard to tell from the photo my brother sent me. Looks like this might have been a beginner or a child’s attempt from the quality of work done here…..certainly not of the same line as the other piece of Rookwood I have. Any info is most welcome. Not sure about this vase !! The only artist at Rookwood that matched those initials AFP is Albert F. Pons or Ponds!! But yours is written in script and according to this he used a conjoined AP in block letters !! I wonder if this list is complete ?? Will look further !!
