Unless its an independent studio,, I am not sure it is a makers mark !! Is it under the glaze ?? Could be a decorators mark !! Friedrich is an expert on German porcelain and hopefully he will take a look and know more !!

I can’t tell if it’s under or on top of the glaze. It does look like a sharpie pen was used! I’ve had one person tell me they thought it is Italian but couldn’t remember the name of the maker.
