Heya folks. I’m trying to figure out what pattern this teapot is and despite looking everywhere I can think of, and even contacting Rosenthal, I have come up with nada.

Anyone recognize this pattern?

Thanks tons for any help.

Cheers
I am going to draft some help !! Just curious but is there a number on it ?? I didn`t see one but then,,I am looking at a pic !!
I just received a response from a very nice person at Rosenthal in germany (yes germany believe it or not).

I sent them a photo of the teapot and base and this is the response I received.: ”This is the series “Form ohne Namen”, decor “Vivi” – this series is not more in our collection (1978).”

I have replied and asked if they might know who the designer was as even with the decor name I still can’t find squat about the pattern lol.

Nope, no numbers at all, just the medallion on the base as shown in the photo.

Thanks very much for all your help, I really appreciate it.

Cheers.
I agree with that time frame,, but since it is marked with “studio line” one of their contracted artists had to have made it !! Do not think Rosenthal would have put their name on something that was not part of that design line !! And the mark looks correct so I do not think a copy !!
Personally, I think it’s Johan van Loon but that is either wrong or it’s so obscure there is nothing listed about it as I still haven’t found anything.

Thanks very much for your input, I really appreciate it.

The hunt continues.
