Just purchased a square dish, cream colored with gold trim. Plate bottom is attached to square dish. Lid has gold fish as lid top. Flowers appear hand painted with gold trim. There is a hand painted “1260/9. 17 3115.” in gold on the bottom (3 separate lines). Same 3 lines on underside of lid. Any suggestions on what this is and what is the value?
