It´s about 15,5´´ high and 10,5 ´´ handle to handle. What about the value? Grateful if someone can answer these questions.

Its not unusual to find various numbers on RB vases but in order to know their meaning might take you some years of research.
the handle style looks somewhat deco insired and the quality of the decoration doesn’t look up to Royal Bonn usual high standards. So maybe from the late 20s or early 30s just befpre the factory went bankrupt like so many others at that time.
