Hi I just purchased a Royal doulton figuring HN3375 figurine of the year Mary 1992. It appears to have a hand written signature on the bottom. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this and who’s signature it might be.. Also what does it do for the value of the figurine. Thanks for any details anyone might have.
