I have a 9″ vase. It is dark blue with 2 gold handles, and a scene of a woman in winter. It is a tulip shape at the top and has RS Prussia stamp in red with star. The wreath on the stamp appears to be brown. Underneath the stamp is the word: Gesetzlichand under that is the word: geschutz.
How do I determine is this has value? I do not see anything like this listed with vases.
Thank you.

Can you post a pic of the vase and the mark ??
The words Gesetzlichand geschutz just means “Protected by Law” basically the same as a patent would mean here in the U.S.!!

Is the mark in the 4th pic like yours ??
