Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched the internet for something like this piece for days before humbling myself to those of much greater knowledge! oh and its around 10.5″high and 9″ wide

Thanks !! The circle mark is not clear enough to tell what it is !! Is it a crown over what ?? Just describe it if you can !! Could be ceramic or plaster !!
