Well,, it isn`t a factory mark of any kind and the stands are not any that I recognize !! I would say that they are just inexpensive stands sold by many of the import companies !! The hand written number is usually the decorators number !! Most of the factories have many people who sit all day and paint these things !! They are paid according to how many they do and they always write their number on the bottom so they are paid correctly !!
