I have sent you 4 pictures of a Sumida Gawa vase i now own. I am thinking about selling the vase and would like to know any information I can get on the vase before hand. The condition of the piece is great, for something as old as it is, there are no major cracks or damage to it that I can see. The monkeys are all intact, some life chips of some of them, but nothing major. This is something I am not familiar with, Japanese artwork, so I am in need of some professional advice of where to start and how much etc…

Posted the link I told you about !! As I said before do not take that value too seriously !! Same as antique roadshow !! Though interesting pottery it was made to be shipped and sold here and other places in the west !! Its not hard to find good examples at reasonable prices !! Ebay always has some listed !!
