No way to know who made this air freshener ceramic if no name is on it !! You put the scented wax in the top part that is held by the chain and a tea light candle in the bottom round ! The tea light warms and melts the wax above and releases the scent !! You can buy the wax and the tea lights at your local dollar stores !!
