As far as I can remember, this mark ws discussed on the eBay PGP forum a few years back; general agreement was something in the direction of “unidentified, possibly Asian reproduction”.

I had the same mark listed in my “Unidentified Marks” section for five years and never received a hint; I finally kicked it out because the image was bad.
