I have 10 white plates with green veins. Back says Wedgwood, Made in England, 4KD, an S and PM5286. Any idea what markings mean and approximate value?

need more info, need picture of back stamp, you can learn more by going on websites, Wedgwood china. Is your pattern Napolean? Ivy leaf and vine. The pm5285 could be a number used in replacement china. Just not enough info here to help with value etc. Try wedgwood china mark on website also
