It measures 2″ x 2″ x 3″
You can turn the metal pin around and around – it clicks like it is winding, but there is nothing to wind.. You can also pull the pin out of the porcelain.
At first, I thought perhaps it was a cigarette paper roller, but after an exhaustive search on the Internet, I don’t think that’s it.
