I acquired these quaint little bookends filled with sand, I presumed to be Dutch due to their design. I see that they are also stamped foreign to the base so they are post 1893. They stand about 110 mm high.

There is also a registration number of 818029 (written as Regd. No.) Any opinions as to origin in company and manufacturer?
