good morning, we have in our possession 2 prints of the following:
1.) dr. harter’s liver pills – 2 side by side pictures of a young boy trying to have a bowel movement, caption reads ” i use dr. harters liver pills” ” i don’t”

2.) scot tissue’s – caption reads “is your washroom breeding bolsheviks?”

can anyone date either of these? i think the scots is around ww2 era, looks like hitler in the picture. are they of any value?
