You did not give the size of the painting which is always important !! Most of his works are about 23 X 28 give or take a few inches !! He did many tavern scenes and his work is not difficult to find nor is it expensive !! If yours were not damaged and was nicely framed I would expect it to bring between $1000. and $1500. on a good day !! Possibly a bit more !!
Honestly I find his work rather boring !! Don`t misunderstand,, they are realistic,, but you can put any two side by side and its the same tone and color pallet, same feel and generally the same look even though the scene may be different !!
To have the restoration done is expensive and time consuming !! Even if you have it done which can cost at least $1000. if by a professional conservator and can take months,, you will still have a painting that is worth about the same !!
