[b]Postage Photogravure original negative [/b]

I have a negative presented to me by the US Postal Service on the occasion of the celebration of the fifth centennial of ?Columbus landing on Puerto Rico, This item is original and unblemished and I kept it among other stamps I collected back in the 80’s.

I just wonder if it has any collectible value to it.
