So no one answered you? I just joined here and I was looking around and felt bad. I wondered if you bought it. I think I would have. It appeared genuine to me–it was published somewhere and then taken and framed–quite conceivable. I have several prints that started out in a publication and are framed from 1800’s at least.

Worst case scenario you buy it, have it looked at, and if it’s not real you as the buyer should be able to get a refund from the seller if they did not represent what they were selling appropriately. I have done that before in a crunch. 🙂 Anyway, not sure if that helped, but hope you got it! If not, there are a lot of nice maps out there. Good choice of decor!
