I have a Picture Frame that I am trying to figure out markings and maker? I cant seem to find them. My grandmothers childhood picture was in it when I was a child, my mothers wedding picture in it when I was about 11 and our family picture is in it now from when I was 16 now and has been for 35 years. My husband and I just found this in a box in storage and its been there for years. I am in my 50’s now and my mother passed when I was 19 and I am just wondering if anyone can identify the markings or know this pattern? It has nuts, flowers and grapes, cant find it….but the markings look British but I am a beginner so please help.

Are there any other letters or numbers on it ?? The mark is in old English script but that doesn`t mean it was made there !! The first letter is an F and the last two are &C !! Can`t make out the others !! What do they look like to you ??
The 901,, if that is the silver standard is one I have not seen !! Can you tell if here is a decimal point in that number ?? Many companies use 90 as a standard for some silver plate !! The U.S. standard is 925 today but in 1900 they used a 900 standard !! The standard means how much of the metal is fine silver and how much is the alloy metal like copper !! Silver is too soft to use alone so other metals are added to give it strength !!
