If they say Made in India they are reproductions and I see no reason not to clean them if you wish !! Any good brass cleaner/polish will do fine !! Just make sure its a cream polish,, not a liquid like Tarnex !! Never use Tarnex on anything !!
They look like they may be brass. They are not wood. On the bottom underside it says “Made in India” 223 A.C. I was wondering if I should clean them and if so, what to use.
What are they made of ?? Almost look like wood !! They are candle holders !! These were used in years past when retiring to the bedroom !! Easily carried to see the way upstairs ect !! There is a name for these but it eludes me at the present !!
