Any ideas as to what this is??? Acquired from estate sale, have found some similar, although the ones I found were empty trinket boxes. Top is porcelain with beautiful pink roses, bottom is brass, and front has a vine of roses attached, and look as though maybe stones (gems) were initially in center of roses. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Linda
Can you give the size of the box !! And the size of the inside opening !! Is anything written on the bottom ?? Can you take a pic of the bottom ?? You posted this a while back and it got pushed to the bottom !!
The opening is not large enough for a -powder box !! This has a tube like inside opening !!
