(antique? vintage?)–12 matching cups with brass handles that hang from the punchbowl, and a copper ladle with brass accents. Marking on bottom of punchbowl says VCM, has seven dots under the letters, and what appears to be a lion image above the letters. What might this be worth? What is the marking (can’t seem to find it!)? Is it an Arts & Crafts piece? Made in US or elsewhere? I’ll greatly appreciate any insights! Thanks!
