Help identifying Ashtray Stand. There are two spots with markings USA on inner arm of handle. Also on the base is a symbol resembling an H 179 H.

What happened to the ashtray ?? That is where the value lies,, having it complete and original !!

I came across it at an estate sale and there was no ashtray. That’s part of why I’m trying to find out the maker
