Please help identify this mark on a silver plated serving tray.

My apologies. I have a tray with the mark and I found another person searching the same mark via Google. It is 2 different items. The mark was more clear on the item I found online, so I included it.

The mark features a coat of arms surmounted by a crown or jewel of some kind, two laurels beneath, and “3522/1 beneath the laurels and “PAT.118990” under that. Inside the coat of arms is another coat of arms, showing possibly a flame, and three objects that might be diamonds or daggers.

Both marks were on Silver Plated Serving trays – one was rectangular and mine is oval. I found one other forum that showed the mark and never had an answer either. The aforementioned post was from 2010. The rectangular tray had a different number stamped. The mark is on the back of the tray and is only about one inch in size.

I have attached a picture of the tray and a close up of the handled. The image of the stamp looks like it is black. But it isn’t. It is etched like the picture of the other logo.

I have also included the URL for the post from 2010 for the similar item.

Thank you so much for your help. This is a 7 year old mystery.
