Bought at flea market, I dont know what it is. It is silver plated brass or bronze; Im guessing of course. I tested it for silver and the scratch held upto the nitric acid for half dozen seconds.

The black portion is glass. The top spout unscrews. It appears to have been entirely made by hand.
