Hello everyone, I have been trying to figure out what these are, or belonged to. The bottoms are not alike. They seem to be cut off of something maybe a flag pole, or fence post? There heavy for a small piece they measure about 5″x5″ I have two of them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Many years ago I purchased a 9 inch pewter plate with a coat-of-arms on the front
which I have never been able to identify. On the rear there is a stamp L L with a lion between the two
Ls and the year 1686 underneath. Next to that stamp is a horseshoe shaped stamp with a Large C
surrounded in smaller letters with the letters LAREOLLE.

I am attaching a picture of the coat-of arms.

Would you be able to tell me its origin, to whom it may have belonged,
or any other information?
