Hello everyone, I have been trying to figure out what these are, or belonged to. The bottoms are not alike. They seem to be cut off of something maybe a flag pole, or fence post? There heavy for a small piece they measure about 5″x5″ I have two of them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

My parents were restoring a house in Ventnor City, NJ and found this object in the attic and we’re trying to figure out what it is. It looks like a cuff bracelet but the opening is too small for my wrist and the object weighs 2 lbs 5 oz!

It appears to have Native American markings on it and since they’re not perfect, I’m guessing they were hand done. The metal is about 1/2″ thing and it is 4″ across and 2″ wide.

Any help solving the mystery would be greatly appreciated.

Chris
