Hello everyone, I have been trying to figure out what these are, or belonged to. The bottoms are not alike. They seem to be cut off of something maybe a flag pole, or fence post? There heavy for a small piece they measure about 5″x5″ I have two of them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I found this plate on our farm near an old trash pile. I assume its made out of brass as it is very heavy and is not magnetic. It is about 8″ in diameter and has about a 3/4″ lip. There are no markings on the back. Any idea what this is or any info about it?

First off, my apologies in advance if this turns out to be nothing but a piece of trash…but I’m just sort of curious. Found it using a metal detector and it appears to be brass, about 1.5 inches long…I thought it was gold but was sorely disappointed when my father said otherwise. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone no what this is. Metal filigree bowl, turned wood bottom, about 5 inches in diameter,2 3/4 inches deep. This was my Mother’s but I believe she had it for a long time.
