This is a strange little oddity, that I cannot seem to find any trace of online anywhere, and whilst I know it is not an antique, the nature of the item suggests that it is part of a set, or collection, and therefore, I was wondering if anyone here could help me with a rough indicator of value.

The item is under an inch in diameter, rounded, with a tiny sculpt of a dog on the lid, and a rabbit and fence pattern around the base, and the following quote:

”But Cocks his tail and o’er the fields, Runs many a wild and random chase.”
From a John Clare poem.

On the base it is dated 1995, marked as silver plated, and has a copyright SS logo as well.

Here are some pictures:

As I have said, I have no idea if it is worth anything, but after extensive search under the poet’s name, and having been unable to find anything, I could use a bit of help finding how what this is, how rare it is, and what it is worth.

Thanks so much for any help!
