Has a shape I have seen on caddy’s attributed to the Dutch and has a windmill on it. Bottom Marks are unfamiliar to me. Any information on origin or date appreciated.

Giorgio B over at Silvercollection (dot) it, has suggested that the marks are generic German marks, and that the middle mark is an upside down “G”.

The lid is on the tea caddy. It has a flat top and scalloped edges. The sleeve slides down into the neck of the tea caddy and there is residual of solder on the top suggesting that there once was a finial crowning the lid.
