Has a shape I have seen on caddy’s attributed to the Dutch and has a windmill on it. Bottom Marks are unfamiliar to me. Any information on origin or date appreciated.
I would agree with that !! None of the marks would indicate more than that !! Pretty common type silver plate tea caddy !!
