Scroll to the bottom here !! Germany had many similarly made eagles used as marks !! The one at the bottom started out like yours and later a shield was added and the eagle on/in the shield !! Since the ladle is silverplate only the city/town stamp was needed to tell where it was made !! Is anything else written on it ?? Can you post a pic of the front of it ?? Need to see it all !!
