Recently I purchased a vintage painted metal poodle pen/pencil holder. The poodle is posed sitting with front paws raised high, and a round hole in the tail serves as the pen/pencil holder. The poodle is painted white, with a red painted collar with six clear rhinestones, and both eyes are red rhinestones. I cannot find a like item online. Does anyone know of the maker, approximate age and value?
