I have a silver platter by WM Rogers that i bought at a yard sale in Utah. The top has the seal of the state of Utah surrounded by floral designs, and the bottom has a stamp that reads the following: (eagle) WM ROGERS (star) 870

I would like to know, if possible, the year it was made, how much it’s worth, and how many were made. Any info you have on this piece would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
