While tilling a garden, my family found what I believe to be a sugar bowl from Reed & Barton. The stamp says it’s plated & is No 3090. We were curious about it. I have tried to do google searches on it & come up empty. I have attached a picture of the base. I hope this helps you. I would like to ask for your help in our quest to understand this better.
