Can anyone tell me what this item is?
I got it as a child when we were living in Germany in 1968-1969..
I remember they came in different colors..blue..green…and the one I got, pink..

No one here in the U.S. seems to have any idea what it is..
(My mom, who might have remembered, died many years ago)
