Can anyone help us to identify this hand-held toy traffic signal? The top part is black and silver cardboard with a paddle that swivels to cover either the red or the green circle. It is mounted on a small wood dowel. It is about 25″ long and has no markings, but it seems to us it must be a toy because it is too flimsy and lightweight to be a “real” traffic signal. We don’t know if it was intended to be a train traffic signal or automobile traffic signal. Thanks very much.
