It was from my grandfather’s childhood, who owned it in the 20’s or 30’s. He called him “Bootsie”. Can anyone tell me anything about it?

It was pointed out on another site that my doll seems similar to this one:

Information on that particular doll is gone, but there are apparently similar auctions calling this type of doll a “Haubach Piano Baby”, made by the German company Heubach Gebruder. I don’t know if there’s any real relation between my doll and those, but it could be something.
