Victorian furniture was made in several different styles, or periods, from 1840 to 1900. The term “Victorian” includes Gothic Revival (1840–1860), Elizabethan Revival (1840–1850), Rococo Revival (1845–1865), Renaissance Revival (1850–1875), Greco-Egyptian Revival (1860-1890), and Eastlake (1870–1900).
