Red Tiffany Priced High
A bright red Tiffany Favrile “paperweight” vase sold for $40,250 at Early Auctions in Milford, Ohio, on July 26, 2013. It brought the high price because it is the brightest red Tiffany glass anyone can remember. Red is always a more expensive color for both glass pieces and pottery glazes. The 7 1/2-inch-high vase has a design of green leaves and vines outlined in black.
