Marcello Fantoni

Marcello Fantoni (1915–2011), who continued to work into his nineties, creates pottery that is has mass appeal but is also recognized as art by museums. Fantoni studied ceramics in Rome and began working in 1936, when he started the Fantoni Ceramic Studio.
