Harvey K. Littleton (1922–2013)
Most glass experts consider Harvey Littleton the founder of the American studio glass movement. His early pieces were made with slabs of glass that were shaped in a kiln or with a blowtorch. Later, he made works using blown or pulled blobs of glass with striations of color.
