Cambridge Art Tile Works/Cambridge Tile Manufacturing Company
The Cambridge Art Tile Works was opened in Covington, Kentucky, in 1887 to make enameled and embossed tiles. In 1889 the company merged with Mount Casino Tile Works to form the Cambridge Tile Manufacturing Company. Cambridge made ivory and gold-toned tiles, stove tiles, teapot stands, and colored architectural tiles.
