Q: This old washing machine belongs to my boyfriend’s grandmother. It has traces of paint on the front that says “Family Steam Laundry.” Beaters are in the top that lifts back. There are burners on the bottom. It’s pictured in an ad from an 1897 catalog. It said it was made by W.R. Harrison & Co. of Massillon, Ohio. She’d like to know the possible value of it and any other information you can give her.
