Five porcelain and glass fox figures were estimated at $100 to $150 at a Nov. 26, 2011, Wiederseim Associates auction in Chester Springs, Pa. A Lalique blogger spotted a rare Lalique Fox hood ornament among the figures and spread the word. The final bid was $204,750, a world record price for a Lalique hood ornament.
