Two thieves who did not realize how dangerous it is to try to sell a well-known stolen masterpiece like a Rembrandt painting were arrested in Nice, France. The painting, "Child with a Soap Bubble," was appraised at $5.4 million when it was stolen from a museum in France in 1999.
